The good, the bad, and the yummy!

The good:

We took Isabel to the doctor this morning, and she weighs 20 lbs and 6 ounces!!!! (Placing her at the whoping 2nd percentile!!!)  We had a little party right there at the doctors office!
At her 18 month check up she was weighing in at 19.3  We have been following doctors orders and giving her extra CALORIES!  And she has already gained a pound.   She is a good eater, but I think she will always be petite.

The bad:

She had another double ear infection

The yummy:

A sugar-free lolly for my little princess!

HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND EVERYONE!!!!!!!!

Explorium museum

Oh WOW!  Where are we Dad?

The Wonder Explorium Museum!

Josh had the day off Monday, so he took us for a fun day together!

Aboard the shrimp boat...

There were blue balls surrounding the shrimp boat(to mimic water), with fish and sharks and buckets and all sorts of ocean life to play with!

Does anyone know where to get this slide?  They could have stayed on this for hours!!!
I would love to have one in my backyard.  It was the PERFECT size.

The "I love it" face!

"Hi Wendy!  I like her - just hope her friend, the real life Bob doesnt come near me again!"

Luke was in his element, in the bulldozer!!!

After our great morning at the museum, our Dad took us to a picnic lunch at the USS Alabama
battleship park!!!!  Then, we came home and had a delicious banana milkshake!!!
Daddy makes them so good EVERY time!

Thanks for a wonderfully special day Dad!

Yes - that is my beautiful laundry in the back :)

And lastly - I had to post this adorable story about my Ava today........

Kristen and I took the kids to the park and lunch today, and as we were pushing the kids in the swings and chatting away.....little did we know the sweet comment that would make our day!
Kristen and I were talking about UGG boots, and I guess we kept saying the word ugg, and Ava looked up at both of us, and said.........."Yes, and can I have a "hug" too?

It was the cutest moment and so of coarse we proceeded to shower everyone with a hug party!

Kids say the darndest, CUTEST things!

curiosity

Isabel and Luke.....

these are days you'll remember

never before and never since, I promise
will the whole world be warm as this
and as you feel it, you'll know it's true
that you are blessed and lucky
it's true, that you are touched by something
that will grow and bloom in you

these are days you'll remember

whoo-whoo!

"Whoo-whoo"....A real Fire"tuck" on our street

Be Green

2 days before the twins arrived....

2 days before the twins arrived....
I am so thankful my Dad took this picture....to remind me what it felt like to hold two precious lives inside of me...

Be encouraged!

Lord fill my heart with Yours
that I may know Your will,
those things that I should act upon
and when you want me still.

Guard my mind from useless thoughts
that clutter, harm, confuse.
Create in me a closeness
that Your course I'll always choose.

Clear my hearing, teach me
to identify the lies,
that I may only hear the truth
of who I am in Christ.

Lord, satisfy and fill me
with Your Spirit from above,
that I may truly know the freedom
of Unfailing Love.

Then planted deeply in that love,
my heart in full surrender,
Lift the veil for all to see,
my life display Your splendor.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

I BELIEVE......

I BELIEVE......
You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. Psalm 16:11
