Paris Is Free!

Paris is out of jail! (In case you live in a box and didn't know) I still can't believe she even went to jail. I know, it seems sad to even be blogging about this, but I really feel sorry for Paris for like 2 seconds....b/c she does seem to have been treated unfairly. But now that she's back to her "simple life" I'm sure she will be just fine. She will be on Larry King Live this Wednesday night and I will be watching along with everyone else in the world. Who knows, maybe she's really changed and will use her resources to give back in a positive, meaningful way. I like to think she will. You just never know!!!

Emily's Visit!!

This past weekend Emily, Josh's oldest sister came to visit! Can you believe she has two boys? Her trip was short, but very sweet. We enjoyed her company. We did our best at showing her Miami in under 48 hrs. South Beach, Key Biscayne beach, Coral Gables shopping, cortaditos, relaxing around the island, and of coarse mojitos.......to no disappointment. It was great, a very special weekend.

Emily and Josh enjoying Miami!

Shopping in Coral Gables......Emily looked fabulous in these $475 sunglasses!

As usual, I always love reading your blog. Emily had a great time. It's nice she now knows how wonderfull your stay has been in Key Biscayne. She can truly relate. I would love to have visited it more often. I miss you both. Love, MOM

I am so thankful my Dad took this picture....to remind me what it felt like to hold two precious lives inside of me...

Be encouraged!

Lord fill my heart with Yours
that I may know Your will,
those things that I should act upon
and when you want me still.

Guard my mind from useless thoughts
that clutter, harm, confuse.
Create in me a closeness
that Your course I'll always choose.

Clear my hearing, teach me
to identify the lies,
that I may only hear the truth
of who I am in Christ.

Lord, satisfy and fill me
with Your Spirit from above,
that I may truly know the freedom
of Unfailing Love.

Then planted deeply in that love,
my heart in full surrender,
Lift the veil for all to see,
my life display Your splendor.
